- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures
- Experience in healthcare, commercial, education, multi-family, and office construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
