About the RoleA Top Design-Build General Contractor in Chicago seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead projects in our High-End Residential Division. The role involves overseeing projects from initiation to close, hiring subcontractors, coordinating with vendors, and tracking inventory of equipment and materials. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about regulations, permits, and project management methodology, and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee high-end residential projects from initiation to close.
- Hire subcontractors and coordinate with vendors.
- Track inventory of equipment and materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and permits.
- Maintain project budgets and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with high-end residential construction.
- Strong technical literacy.
- Motivated team player.
