Audit Manager - Public Accounting (Hybrid)
A well-established, independently owned public accounting firm is seeking an Audit Manager to join its growing team in the Chicagoland area. - Identify opportunities to expand services and add value to clients
- Collaborate across teams and industry groups to deliver high-quality client outcomes
- Participate in firm initiatives, process improvements, and special projects
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA license required
- 6+ years of public accounting experience
- Prior experience at the Manager level preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards (GAAP)
- Industry experience in areas such as real estate, construction, or middle-market businesses is a plus
- Proven leadership, project management, and client service skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within the firm
- Competitive base salary (generally in the low-to-mid $100
