Construction Project Manager; Low Voltage - Mission Critical

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team.

• Administer assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision.
• Work with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports.
• Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and grow relationships with project owners and professional groups involved.
• Engage in the pre‑construction process: develop bid procedures, review bids, qualify vendors and subcontractors, estimate, and schedule.
• Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program and required commissioning processes.
• Demonstrate leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Travel as needed for projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience managing light industrial projects, office/warehouse, retail and strip mall projects, and ability to communicate with superintendents, subcontractors, and owner/clients.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Procore, P6, and other management tools.
• Understanding of early turnover dates and mission‑critical commissioning processes.
• Experience with mission critical data center projects and complex MEP systems.
• Experience with critical work methods‑of‑procedure processes.
• Deep knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Proven leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
