Gullwing Growth Partners is seeking a Managing Director to play a leadership role across investing, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives. The Managing Director will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments across consumer and technology sectors. This includes developing investment theses, building proprietary deal pipelines, leading due diligence efforts, structuring transactions, and driving investment committee recommendations.
Beyond transaction execution, the Managing Director will work closely with founders and management teams to identify opportunities for growth, improve operational performance, refine go-to-market strategies, and support capital formation initiatives. The role requires a hands-on approach to value creation and a genuine interest in helping businesses scale.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, investment banking, or related investing disciplines. Demonstrated track record in deal sourcing and execution.
