OVERVIEW

Cook County Office of the President is seeking an experienced Manager, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training, responsible for leading and managing the County's centralized Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training program by designing, developing, and delivering training aligned with organizational strategic goals. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and evaluating DEI training initiatives to ensure they are scalable, effective, and integrated across all departments.

The role works closely with HR and departmental leadership to maintain a comprehensive DEI training catalog tailored by job function, career level, and learning format. The position focuses on operationalizing equity concepts, promoting inclusive language and practices, and ensuring that training supports an inclusive workplace and effective service delivery for Cook County residents.

SALARY RANGE: $118,309 - $130,544 / YEARLY
