T3 Sixty is working with a client who is actively searching for a President in the Midwest region of the U.S.

The President will lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of a multi-office residential real estate brokerage. This includes driving agent growth, productivity, and revenue, while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and delivering profitable operations. The role provides leadership across the organization, developing a high-performing management team and ensuring execution against strategic and operational objectives.

As a highly visible, field-based leader, the President will actively engage with agents, support managers, and represent the company in the market. This individual will also enhance marketing effectiveness, evolve the company’s value proposition, and identify opportunities to expand market share, building on a strong operational and cultural foundation to deliver sustained growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the organization with a clear mandate to drive growth in agents, transactions, and revenue.
  • Drive the company’s next iteration of growth, building on a strong foundation to advance forward-looking strategy and performance.
  • Strengthen recruiting, retention, and productivity of agents and teams.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of branch managers and leaders.
  • Grow revenue across brokerage and affiliated services (mortgage, title, insurance, relocation).
  • Strengthen and scale the company’s brand positioning as a differentiated, boutique-style alternative to large competitors.
  • Enhance marketing effectiveness and drive innovation (including potential restructuring of marketing function).
  • Foster and evolve a strong, collaborative, and trust-based culture.
  • Serve as a visible, accessible, and inspiring leader across offices and in the field.
  • 5-7 years of executive-level leadership experience in residential real estate brokerage
  • Education in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience and knowledge. Advanced business degree and continuing education preferred.
  • Proven success driving growth (agent recruiting, retention, and revenue expansion)
  • Experience managing multi-office operations in a competitive market
  • Strong understanding of brokerage operations and related services (mortgage, title, insurance preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and scale organizations
