Vice President, Intelligent Mobility (Product Development)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic transportation technology leader to grow and lead our Intelligent Mobility product development and sales team within the Transportation & Infrastructure business line. The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with a strong background in developing high‑performing teams and delivering innovative projects across Tolling Systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and related transportation technology operations.

This role focuses on supporting clients nationally with opportunities to contribute to global initiatives.

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for intelligent mobility project delivery, including developing, sales and support of innovative toll system solutions.
• Lead Intelligent Transportation Systems and Traffic Management Systems solutions to advance service offering and lead the industry.
• Create and maintain the technical product and financial roadmap for Intelligent Mobility across all business lines.
• Conduct industry analysis and competitive strategic product planning.
• Build, strengthen, and manage strategic client relationships.
• Identify, pursue, and secure key business opportunities.
• Review and contribute to design specifications, calculations, reports, and plans for intelligent mobility projects.
• Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams, including internal staff, subconsultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop technical proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates for upcoming projects.
• Negotiate contracts with internal partners, subconsultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Oversee and review invoices across internal teams, subconsultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams, government agencies (e.g., DOTs), and other external stakeholders.
• Present complex technical and project information effectively to diverse audiences, including executives, client representatives, and public forums.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 15 years of related project delivery experience.
• Experience working on projects within the USA.
• Proven experience developing and capturing complex project opportunities.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with budgets, schedules, and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to hire and develop staff.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, both internal and external.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and proficiency with project management tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, challenging environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with strong entrepreneurial skills.

Expected Salary (all locations): $157,000 - $267,000.
