Job Description- Lead accounting operations for a $500M business unit
- Manage a team of 4 direct reports
- Responsible for overseeing monthly close activities, financial reporting, and internal control compliance
- Lead process improvement projects, including financial system upgrades and automation efforts
- CPA is a requirement
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 6+ years of experience in either public accounting or the manufacturing industry
