The Opportunity

As a Strategy& Deals Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) TMT Manager, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.

You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes. Within our Deals practice, you will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

* Leading strategic advisory initiatives in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring to maximize client value

* Analyzing market trends and assessing business opportunities to develop strategic frameworks for client decision-making

* Guiding teams in the execution of complex transactions, identifying potential risks and opportunities

* Developing and implementing strategies to optimize outcomes in deal-making processes

* Utilizing analytical skills to conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for informed client recommendations

* Overseeing the evaluation of business plans and competitive analysis to support corporate development

* Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance in delivering client expectations

* Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables in client engagements

* Engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and issues effectively

* Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and encourage team adoption

What You Must Have

* At least a Bachelor's degree

* At least 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

* Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study:
Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Law/Legal Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain

* Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis

* Utilizing strategic planning skills for M&A strategy execution

* Excelling in competitive analysis and industry trend evaluation

* Embracing change and innovation in deal structures

* Developing skills in post-merger integration and value creation

Travel Requirements

Up to 40%

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
