This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center, and then potentially move to another location that is within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Responsibilities
  • Operate as a backup financial center leader within a market.
  • Manage client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention.
  • Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching.

  • Manage market‑level initiatives prescribed by market leaders.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong customer‑service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
  • Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized service.
  • Strong organizational skills: manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, non‑verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market.
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports.
  • Experience in consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail and/or hospitality industries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Bilingual (fluent verbal and written).
  • Coaching, customer service management, client and customer focus, performance management, talent development, business operations management, recruiting, result orientation, risk management, sales performance management, inclusive leadership, leadership development, prioritization, problem solving, referral management.
Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Hours per week: 40

Compensation

Annualized salary range: $72,000.00 – $90,300.00. Salary offers are determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Predictable pay. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
