We’re looking for an Integrated Planning Supervisor who will oversee the cross-channel media planning process on a key account and provide local multicultural expertise. You will facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration between disciplines to deliver a cohesive strategy and seamless execution. As the day-to-day contact, you will manage (and exceed) expectations, instill trust and ensure ongoing alignment. Your vested interest in each team member will drive the highest quality output – work that truly works.
Theways you will make an impact:
- Collaborate on high level strategy development to inform cross-channel planning
- Deliver evidence-based media solutions that are uniquely tailored to client’s objectives
- Guide the planning process and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverable commitments
- Provide daily counsel to clients and serve as a primary tactical liaison
- Take ownership of the team’s work, delegate and manage workflow; ensure quality control
- Supervise and develop team members; maintain always-on communication and coaching
- Offer proactive, forward thinking and a constant stream of ideas
- Build and leverage relationships with media vendors; explore new partnership opportunities
- Manage client billing process and ensure timely deliverables
- Step up, speak up and soak it up
- 4+ years of experience in cross-channel media planning
- 1+ year(s) of supervising direct reports
- Total market understanding and expert-level experience with US Hispanic and Latino audiences and/or diverse Asian audiences and media marketplace in top multicultural markets in California, Florida, and Texas
- Local/Regional media planning experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Hands-on experience with media planning, buying and billing platforms including (or similar to) Lumina, Prisma, Media Ocean, MRI-Simmons, Scarborough, Resonate, Nielsen, Media Radar, Pathmatics, Geo Path, Placer.
AI - Strong ability to interpret data and provide recommendations on strategies and tactics based on research findings
- Digital and traditional executional capabilities and experience
- Capability to handle multiple clients or brands as a supervising lead
- A strong communicator able to handle C-suite client and agency communication with a strong POV, and a clear written, virtual, and in-person poise and confidence
- Client-first – always looking out (and ahead) for the client’s best interest
- A trusted team member for the Associate Director/Director/Business Lead, ensuring the work is handled with accuracy, care, quality, and appropriate speed to meet/exceed client expectations
- Strategic and big picture-minded, with tactical excellence of high-volume client account(s)
- You take great pride in and have a proven track record demonstrating willingness to roll up your sleeves and build plans while coaching/leading junior talent. You take coaching, training, and mentoring seriously
