This Is Your Stage

As the on‑property sales leader, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue performance, building a high‑performing team, and positioning your hotel for long‑term success. You’ll lead from the front; owning strategy, strengthening market presence, and delivering results that matter.

What You’ll Lead & Deliver
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with ownership goals and market demand
  • Drive group, business transient, and catering revenue through proactive prospecting and account management
  • Analyze market trends, competitive data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and adjust strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the on‑property team to exceed revenue goals
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and community stakeholders
  • Conduct impactful sales calls, presentations, and site tours to convert high‑value business
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with a strong ability in presenting performance to senior leadership and ownership
  • Ensure brand standards, systems, and sales processes are executed with consistency and excellence
Are You the Leader We’re Looking For? Experience & Education
  • 5+ years of hotel sales leadership experience
  • Proven success driving revenue growth in a competitive market
  • Experience developing annual budgets and strategic sales plans
  • Comfortable presenting financial performance to senior leadership and ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong business acumen, leadership presence, and decision-making ability
Communication
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels
  • Strong presentation skills with clients, teams, and ownership groups
