Lead façade projects from pre‑construction through completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, forecasting, cost control, risk management, contract administration, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional team leadership and coordination:
Coordinate and lead internal project teams including engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and installation teams. Foster collaboration across departments and drive accountability to achieve project goals efficiently.
  • Site operations and construction oversight:
Support and oversee on‑site project execution, including coordination with subcontractors, review of installation progress, resolution of technical and operational issues, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Change management and problem solving:
Manage project changes, delays, claims, and unforeseen challenges in a proactive and solution‑oriented manner while maintaining strong client relationships.
What do we expect from you?
  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
