This leading client in construction manufacturing is seeking a highly adaptable, client-facing Senior Project Manager / Account Manager (Hybrid) to join our Chicago creative team. Designed for a seasoned professional, this unique role perfectly balances tactical project execution with relationship-driven client management.
In this position, you will independently lead our "Tier 3" accounts—a high-volume, fast-paced pipeline of straightforward creative and digital projects. Because this specific segment does not have a dedicated day-to-day Account Manager, you will act as the polished, primary point of contact for clients while leveraging your deep project management expertise to drive execution behind the scenes. You will collaborate on-site with the broader Chicago team under the high-level guidance of a Senior Account Manager.
Responsibilities:- Dual-Hat Execution (AM/PM): Serve as the primary daily contact for a dedicated book of business, seamlessly balancing client communication and expectation management with internal project structure.
- High-Volume Pipeline Direction: Lead a rapid-fire queue of Tier 3 creative and digital projects, ensuring fast turnaround times, high quality, and efficient workflows.
- Multi-Workstream Organization: Meticulously track, log, and manage dozens of concurrent tasks, deadlines, and digital assets inside Workfront.

Collaboration:
Partner closely with Chicago-based creative teams to deliver clear briefs, eliminate operational roadblocks, and guarantee successful project delivery.
- Hybrid Account & Project Management Background: 4+ YOE managing client relationships directly while simultaneously executing the day-to-day project workflows (acting as the sole AM/PM point of contact).
- High-Volume & Agile Pipeline Management:
Experience successfully owning a high-volume "Tier 3" book of business consisting of quick-turn, fast-moving, and straightforward creative/digital projects. - Workfront & Multi-Workstream Mastery:
Expert-level proficiency in Workfront with a demonstrated ability to seamlessly juggle multiple competing work streams without losing track of details.
