  • Financial, scope & resource management
    • Supports scope development, estimates, SOWs and staffing plans.
    • Tracks budgets, burn and timelines and flags risks early, identifying potential mitigations/solutions.
    • Works directly with Resource Management and discipline leads to plan, allocate and adjust resources across active and future work.
    • Ensures accurate time tracking, financial reporting and accountability for delivery decisions.
  • Project Management stewardship
    • Actively engages and participates in team and agency initiatives.
    • Models strong project management behaviors and decision making, setting a good example around quality, accountability and execution.
    • Leans in / mentors others when the situation calls for it.
  • Client & agency partnership
    • Acts as a strong partner to discipline leads and account teams.
    • Builds credibility through transparency, follow‑through and delivery excellence.
    • Supports new business efforts through hands‑on scoping, estimating, workflow design and delivery strategy.
Qualifications
  • Profile
    • Brings clarity, structure and calm to complex or chaotic environments.

    • Strong collaborator who can also operate autonomously and make principled trade‑offs.
    • Solution‑oriented and deeply accountable.
  • Qualifications
    • ~4–6+ years of progressive experience in project, program or delivery management within an integrated agency environment.
