Location: Chicago Department of Aviation, ORD-10510 W. Zemke Road

Shift: Monday – Friday

Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Exempt Status: Exempt from Career Service

Security Requirements: Must pass an airport background check and a Security Threat Assessment (STA).

• Manage the daily work and functions of the Office of the Airport Liaison
• Communicate with stakeholder airlines on issues affecting them
• Collaborate with Commissioners and management staff on airline relationship strategies
• Formulate plans for proactive issue resolution
• Coordinate with other CDA work groups and contractors to facilitate day‑to‑day airport operations and future planning
• Execute and oversee daily and long‑term airline projects
• Maintain spreadsheets, take notes, and prepare agendas for meetings
• Present and participate in meetings related to airline projects
• Handle administrative tasks in partnership with the Airport Liaison
• Perform additional duties as required

• 9 years of experience in project management or program coordination
• OR Associate’s degree plus 7 years of project management or program coordination experience
• OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of project management or program coordination experience
• OR Master’s degree plus 4 years of project management or program coordination experience
