Role Description

The Assistant Dean of Operations focuses primarily on operational and administrative matters to ensure the school operates efficiently, effectively, and in a fiscally responsible manner. The role involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling resources needed to operate the school and supporting the Dean of Operations in managing the budget, the main office team, custodial/technology services, food services, and overall logistics.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Support compliance with all legal standards (HR, ORBA, IMPACT, STLS, hiring, accurate files, etc.).
  • Create work plans to ensure the School Operations Team meets annual, cyclical, and project‑based deadlines.
  • Oversee data entry, ensuring integrity and accurate reporting of data.
  • Oversee management of the school facility, ensuring its appearance reflects high expectations.
  • Oversee the school budget and bookkeeping to align resources with academic priorities.
  • Oversee the logistics, planning, and implementation of school events and services for students.
  • Manage logistics and execution of student test administration.
  • Manage and execute enrollment processes and recruitment.
  • Plan and implement the school safety plan.
  • Plan staff‑oriented events to increase team cohesiveness and teamwork.
  • Assist in development and execution of Summer School logistics.
  • Directly supervise and optimize the efficiency of the in‑house sub team.
  • Manage community engagement and advocate with parent and community relationships.
  • Manage support relationships and arrange visits with donors, elected officials, and other influencers.
  • Develop and implement the Noble Parent Advisory Council (PAC).
  • Plan and execute report card pick‑up day.
  • Support school scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $67,000 to $82,000 per year, reflecting the average for staff in this role. Factors such as years of experience and skill sets may impact placement within or outside this range. The comprehensive compensation plan includes a competitive benefits package.
