Location:

Chicago or Peoria Hybrid

Duration: 12 months

Role is Hybrid, may require in‑office attendance 5 days a week upon agreement.

• 4 year college or university degree plus 8+ years experience.
• Master's degree in relevant field (Engineering, business, etc.) plus 6+ years experience.
• Required certifications:
  Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP and Change Management Certification.

• Ensure successful project completion on time, within budget, and error‑free.
• Manage planning and execution of project team members.
• Oversee project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, project plan and budget.
• Support multiple project teams from concept through implementation and follow‑up stages.
• Develop and produce project management schedules.
• Use professional project management tools to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist and scheduling.
• Manage change and provide active leadership in timely decision making.
• Manage detailed schedules reflecting changes, affected components, timelines, and costs.
• Work with team members across functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.
• Monitor progress, discuss problems, ensure personnel are informed and steps are in place to meet schedules.
• Recommend possible solutions and alternatives for problems.

• Stakeholders from US and engineering teams across US, India, and Slovakia.
• Work with product owners (engineering and technical) for each project.
• Manage multiple teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Handle 2‑3 projects concurrently; annual volume 8‑10 projects.
• Complexity ranges from challenging to very challenging.

• 6+ years managing projects from inception to completion; lead teams to alignment.
• End‑to‑end program management in a cross‑functional matrix organization.
• 6+ years of direct project management experience with software engineering teams in Agile.
• Proven experience with project charters, scheduling, planning, and successful completion.
• 2+ years experience with Azure Dev Ops (formerly VSTS) and Confluence.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Experience in large organizational change management.
• Experience in strategic thinking, alignment, and direction.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, Change Management Certification.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• Additional Scrum Master experience.
• Experience with large enterprise organizations.
• Experience with e‑commerce applications/projects.
• 2+ years experience with Power BI.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive issues and influence others.
• Strong project management, team leadership, communication, multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Not looking for a Scrum Master; need Project/Program managers who have managed multi‑functional teams.
• Previous tenures consistently less than a year.
• Education must include a completed degree (e.g., Bachelors of Computer Science at Harvard University – Graduated May 2000).
