AVL Integration Project Manager

Wave AVL is a design-build audio, video, and lighting integration company creating innovative AVL environments for churches, commercial spaces, entertainment, education, and sporting venues.

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. This role leads AVL integration projects from contract handoff through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with excellence.

• Lead AVL integration projects from kickoff through completion
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate labor, logistics, procurement, and installation timelines
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Review drawings, manage change orders, and support project execution in the field
• Conduct site visits to verify readiness, progress, and alignment with project scope
• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Support ongoing improvement of project management systems and workflows
• Support additional project or team needs as required

• 2+ years of Project Management, operational leadership, or related experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, schedules, and project documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management software
• Experience with Click Up, ACC Build, Odoo, or similar platforms preferred
• Experience in AVL integration, construction, low‑voltage, or related technical industries preferred
• Ability to travel 30–60% as required by project needs
