Overview
- Regional Maintenance Manager (ORD): Lead a high-performing team of resident and remote technicians supporting automated material handling and packaging systems at a major customer site in Chicago, IL.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal technical resources, ensuring fast, effective resolution of service issues and consistent operational performance.
- Oversee daily service operations,
coordinate technical support
, and drive customer satisfaction through strong communication, organization, and leadership. - Bring a balanced mix of technical and managerial experience — comfortable with automation, robotics, and PLC-driven systems while guiding teams toward continuous improvement.
- Enjoy a $95K-$120K base salary and the opportunity to lead customer-facing service excellence for an industry innovator.
- 6-7+ years of experience in material handling, packaging, or automation systems
, plus a BS in Engineering or Operations Management (or equivalent experience).
