ADM Investor Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced project manager to join our team. We are a financial services firm with a significant project list. We work with some of the best modern technologies. Our key projects include financial reporting, customer portals, trade entry/routing, risk/margining and departmental automation. We have a strong team that works well together and has a history of providing the best platforms for our users.

If you enjoy the pace of financial services and understand what it takes to manage and drive projects to completion, this is the place for you. This position can follow a hybrid work schedule. MUST HAVE track record of managing projects in these areas: financial reporting, customer portals, trade entry/routing, risk/margining and departmental automation. Financial industry experience locals only.

Job Requirements:

• 4 year degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management and the ability to lead complex projects that involve more than one business unit, third party vendor or IT team
• Demonstrated ability to consistently complete work projects within specified deadlines
• Work experience managing projects in the financial services industry - futures clearing business preferred
• Knowledge of futures industry back office systems preferred
• In-depth understanding of IT functions and their relationships with business requirements and needs. Supports companies strategic plan and goals
• Demonstrated technical and team leadership skills capable of managing a team to accomplish assigned projects
