As a Senior Manager, you'll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide best-in-class advice and solutions. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods. You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.

You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

You are highly analytical and structured in your approach, able to assess process gaps, data quality issues, and system limitations, and translate complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

You are comfortable working directly with data, validating assumptions, identifying anomalies, and using data-driven insights to inform decisions and guide outcomes.

You are motivated to learn and deeply interested in healthcare supply chain operations, including strategic sourcing and contracting, purchasing and payments, supplier management, inventory and materials management, and the end-to-end flow of goods and services that support clinical and non-clinical operations, with an eye toward emerging trends, regulatory considerations, and industry best practices.

You are passionate about building relationships with clients and providing exceptional experiences.

You have an inherent interest in project management and team leadership.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Core healthcare supply chain processes such as Demand and Supply Planning for clinical and non-clinical needs, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable, Inventory and Materials Management, Par Management, and the movement and replenishment of supplies across care sites and facilities.
    • Designing and implementing modern healthcare supply chain solutions that leverage automation, analytics, and emerging capabilities such as AI/ML and predictive analytics to improve sourcing, procurement, inventory management, supplier performance, and payment processes.
    • Traditional technologies that support key supply chain functions, such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Source-to-Pay, Third Party Risk Management/Monitoring, Warehouse Management Systems, and Order Management Systems.
    • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
    • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
