Job Summary
Managing Director – Diversified Corporate, Specialty and Govt Banking. Drive business growth, manage client relationships, ensure financial performance, mitigate risks and stay informed about market trends.
Responsibilities- Business Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, specialty and government sectors; build strong client relationships and collaborate with sales team to achieve growth targets.
- Client Relationship Management – Serve as primary contact for corporate, specialty, and government clients; maintain long‑term relationships, provide exceptional service, assess satisfaction and proactively improve client experience.
- Financial Management – Monitor division revenue, profitability and costs; develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
- Risk Management – Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; implement risk management practices and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Product Development – Work with product team to identify and develop banking products for corporate, specialty and government clients; keep division competitive by tracking industry trends and client preferences.
- Market Intelligence – Stay informed about market conditions, competitive landscape and regulations; use intelligence to identify opportunities, assess risks and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Collaboration – Collaborate with credit, operations, compliance and marketing to ensure seamless delivery of services; streamline processes, resolve issues and optimize operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7 years industry‑specific experience in a sales role.
- Experience managing a team and leading a bank division.
- Strong understanding of corporate, specialty and government banking markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑management skills.
Annual salary range: $125,000 – $255,000. Incentive compensation plan is available. Benefits include health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off.
