Manager, GTM Operations - Process Improvement Engine

Role Overview

Linked In is searching for aPeople Managertolead our Process Improvement Engine team within Strategic Planning & Initiatives, part of Go-to-Market Operations. This teamdrivesvarioustransformational programs and initiatives to enhance our Sales Processes and unlock efficiencies and growth for the LMS (Linked In Marketing Solutions) business.

• Ability to own end-to-end program lifecycle including formulating a hypothesis using data, developing a recommendation, driving decision making with leadership,building stakeholder engagement models, building project plans, and driving change management and operational readiness.
• Coach and mentor others to ensure understanding ofprogram and change management frameworks and best practices,and ensure the team has the training and resources they need to provide best-in-class program management.
• Buildstrongcollaborative partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, setting up the team for success.
• Act as program lead to ensure our programs are set up properly, risks are effectively mitigated, teammembersare adequately trained, and the program success is measured through the right KPIs.
• Provide program stakeholders with regular updates on program performance and ensure stakeholder communication and visibility.
• Proactivelyidentifyand create mitigation strategies for risks arising within the team’s program portfolio, in partnership with key stakeholders and cross-functional peers.
• Invest heavily in the team, growing and finding success in the job by learning from one another’s experiences and actively working toraise the bar.
• Think like an owner and have an impact outside of core function bydemonstratingleadership, providingleverageand producing results that will help effectively scaleand drive business outcomes.

• 6+ years of experience in program / project management / management consulting/salesorgo-to-market operations/process improvement or comparable functions
• 2+ yearsin people management,leading and coaching teams
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in technical or related field
• Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word,PowerPoint and Excel)

• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks,and work within deadlines with little supervision for themselves and their team
• Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
• Excellent collaboration,influence,organizational, and program management skills
• Ability to define ambiguous problems and drive towards outcomes
• Ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software quickly
• Ability to think strategically with a proven track recordof providing consultative and data driven solutions
• Ability to work effectively, influence and drive accountability with a broad range ofcross-functional teamsand stakeholders
• Experience working withCRM,salesand data visualization tools
• AI fluency
• Knowledge of key sales processes and associated best practices, including Pipeline Management, Engagement Tracking, Account Planning, Quote-to-cashand Order-to-Cash workflows
• Process and workflow design
• Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages
• Experience working in the digital advertising or marketing industry
• PMP or Six-Sigma Certified

Linked In is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $126,000 to $204,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
