As a Project Manager at MetaCTO, you will be at the helm of diverse technology projects, seamlessly coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are met promptly and proficiently. Your acumen in project management will be pivotal in fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring that we deliver solutions that are not only innovative but also viable and market-ready.

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans outlining stages of development, resources required, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and fostering a collaborative and transparent working relationship.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, ensuring the optimal allocation of team skills and budget to meet project objectives.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, devising strategies to overcome potential hurdles and ensure project continuity.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project outputs, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, ideally within the tech or startup sector.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-faceted projects with a track record of successful completions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
