Regional Vice President – Midwest Operations (Exterior Building Services)
Location: Remote – Candidate may reside in Midwest
Reports to: President
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
The Regional Vice President – Midwest Operations
, will oversee branch locations throughout the region—leading talented General Managers to ensure top‑tier performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role designed for an executive who combines data‑driven decision‑making with a strong field presence. You will set the standard for operational excellence and be a key driver of regional growth.
Lead Responsibilities- Develop and execute the regional business strategy focused on growth, quality, and operational consistency.
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure all Midwest locations meet or exceed performance targets.
- Partner with executive leadership to analyze P&L results, forecast performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and mentor high‑performing management teams through accountability, coaching, and leadership development.
- Identify efficiencies that reduce cost, streamline workflows, and enhance client experience.
- Lead regional business development, strengthen client partnerships, and expand market share.
- Collaborate across departments on budgeting, estimating, safety, and compliance initiatives.
- Represent the organization in regional trade associations and industry events to enhance visibility and influence.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in exterior building services, construction, or related industries.
- Proven success leading multi‑branch or regional operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Exceptional financial, analytical, and operational management skills.
- Ability to recruit, coach, and develop high‑performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of executing growth and efficiency plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Contractor’s license or willingness to obtain within six months.
- Travel: Up to 50% across the Midwest region.
