Position Summary
The Senior Store Manager and Flagship Store Manager positions are critical to the successful operations of Fed Ex Office’s largest and most impactful retail stores. You will run and grow your business while maintaining Purple Promise service, operational excellence and leading, developing and coaching your direct reports. Your leadership and passion for results allows the store team to provide solutions to our customers and reach the store financial goals.

- Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage and participate in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) on date of hire.
- Part-time employees who have completed 91 days of employment and worked a minimum average of 17 hours per week, are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage and participate in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
- 401(k) plan with company match after one year of service; eligibility begins on the first day of the month coincident with or following one month of service.
- Educational assistance up to $5,250 per calendar year for tuition and other allowable education expenses. Must be working at Fed Ex for 90 continuous days to receive reimbursement.
- Our generous paid time off program includes holiday pay, bereavement time, and accrual programs for paid vacation and sick time. The amount of paid time off depends on job classification and length of employment.
- Employees accrue paid sick time at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 72 hours, unless a higher amount is otherwise required by law.
- Vacation accrues based on position, hours worked, and years of service unless otherwise required by law. For part-time employees, start accruing after 1 year of service at a rate of 3.34 hours for every 173 hours worked. For full‑time employees, start accruing vacation time immediately based on hours worked to accrue approximately one or two weeks of paid vacation in the first year (based on position) and work your way up to more paid vacation time with tenure.

- Paid Military Leave (up to 80 hours for full‑time or up to 40 hours for part‑time) during short-term military leave of 21 days or less.
- Adoption Assistance Program (regular part‑time/full‑time employees with 12 months continuous service), LTD & STD Disability (regular full‑time employees after completing 180 days of active employment), Life Insurance (part‑time/full‑time employees are eligible for basic and supplemental life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&DD) on date of hire. Life insurance and AD&DD are not subject to the minimum hours rule), Commuter (part‑time/full‑time employees in all locations on date of hire, coverage begins two months after election, can elect anytime in the year), and Voluntary benefits (regular part‑time/full‑time employees on date of hire).

- Regularly spend time building and inspiring high performing teams by using Fed Ex Office tools, resources, effective judgment and decision-making in the selection, training, development, retention and performance management of your people
- Coach and teach your team and ensure they have the tools and information needed to support company goals and perform their jobs
- Regularly work with our largest accounts, complex customer needs and/or serve as a consultative partner to our host properties and commercial sales in the execution of work for our key customers
- Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages and retains customers and team members and supports the Fed Ex brand experience
- Take ownership of all store controls including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedures, financials, safety, security, scheduling and compliance with state and federal laws and system management through leadership and delegation
