About The Role
As a Lead Org Design & Change Management Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic advisor leading enterprise customers through deep organizational and technical transformations. Your focus will be on redesigning IT operating models, moving infrastructure and operations organizations away from legacy, project-based delivery toward modern, Agile, service‑oriented structures. You will help clients redefine their organizational design and team topology, facilitate management hierarchy flattening, provide coaching at the C‑suite and executive levels, and guide the transition to streamlined delivery models.
- Required Travel:
Up to 25‑50% travel to customer sites. - Global Team Leadership &
Coaching:
Manage, mentor, and direct a distributed team of Change Management Leads and Practitioners across onshore and offshore delivery centers. - Organizational Design & Team Topology:
Lead the deliberate reshaping of client organizations, designing durable, stream‑aligned product teams, centralized platform teams, and enabling support functions aligned with target cloud architectures. - Management Hierarchy Flattening:
Facilitate Agile structural shifts that rely on fewer middle managers and shift domain authority to technical experts.
- At least 7+ years of change management and organizational design experience, including 5+ years of dedicated change management experience.
- Change management certifications (e.g., Pro Sci, Kotter).
- 3‑5 years of external consulting experience with advanced relationship management at the C‑suite and executive level.
- Google Cloud Digital Leader and Google Generative AI Leader certifications, or ability to complete both within the first 6 months of employment.
