Responsibilities
- From initial concept to successful market launch and post-launch review
- Tracking key metrics, reporting progress, and making adjustments as needed
- Strengthen the quality, operational, technical rigor within the KHC commercialization processes
- Accountable for KHC’s end-to-end commercialization process
- Drive stage gate process and decisions on project progress
- Identify, monitor and communicate project risk to executive teams
- Lead cross-functional project team across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices
