As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You'll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Growth mindset is key

• Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and utilizes KPIs to drive positive business performance
• Places the guest first; coaches associates to connect with guests and build brand loyalty
• Self-motivated, accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the Brand
• Leads and inspires by example; regularly encourages fact-based solutions and celebrates the success of others
• Open and flexible schedule
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Can learn and operate a POS system
• Can lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• Can stand and work on the floor for extended periods (80% of shift)
