The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google's culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley work spaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work -- from how we design healthy and collaborative work spaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering environments where Google and our employees can thrive.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $111000 - $160000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate AI-driven workflows by identifying opportunities to utilize generative AI and automation to enhance operational velocity.
- Build comprehensive project plans and strategic roadmaps, navigating shifting or conflicting priorities and building consensus among internal and cross-functional partners to align global teams toward shared organizational goals.
- Drive the end-to-end execution of REWS cross-functional projects through the full project cycle, from scoping and resource coordination to implementation, reporting on progress, outcomes, and post-mortem lessons.
- Assess team processes to identify and solve systemic organizational challenges, implement scalable, high-impact rollout processes that fill critical gaps in knowledge and ensure functional consistency worldwide.
- Apply a structured and detailed approach to complex problem-solving; maintain an eagerness to ask questions, learn from mistakes, and rapidly master new subject areas as business priorities evolve.
