Job Summary
We are looking for a Client Relationship Team Manager at Capital Group. You will lead a high‑performing client relationship team responsible for supporting client servicing, prospecting, and sales efforts. You will partner closely with Private Wealth Advisors and the Regional Director to drive business growth, deliver exceptional client experiences, and ensure operational excellence.
ResponsibilitiesAs a people leader you will coach and develop associates, foster a collaborative team culture, and oversee risk management, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams in a client‑focused, service‑oriented environment.
- Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and managing performance to achieve business objectives.
- Can anticipate client needs, identify sales opportunities, and help drive growth and retention strategies.
- Builds strong partnerships and collaborates across teams and business functions.
- Demonstrates sound judgment when navigating complex client, operational, and business situations.
- Experience improving processes, enhancing controls, and mitigating business risk.
- Effective communicator who can influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
- Experience leading meetings, managing projects, and driving execution against business goals.
- In‑depth knowledge of financial services and understanding of trends, policies, and practices impacting the business.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Series 65 required within 60 days of hire; CFP certification preferred.

Base salary range: $167,059 – $267,294. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above compensation and benefit plans.
