Job Summary

As the Product Manager within the PLCS, Pack & Climate Sustainability team, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery and performance of packaging & climate products, aligning strategy with corporate sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, implement, and own the short‑term and long‑term strategy, vision, and roadmaps for the Packaging & Climate Product.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, ensuring continuous value delivery and optimal financial performance.
  • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable technology and shared‑service solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic vendor partnerships to influence product roadmaps, ensure service delivery excellence, drive innovation, and optimize costs.
  • Champion continuous improvement through data‑driven practices, overseeing the automation and digitalization roadmap for sustainability outcomes in packaging & climate.
  • Establish decision‑making processes, manage budgets, ensure security compliance, and mitigate risks across all projects.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Be an active member of the Product Group Leadership Team and ensure effective integration between products and platforms.
  • Identify and evangelize business and technology trends that can improve business outcomes, collaborating with Innovation teams to deliver proof of value.

Key Interactions / Stakeholders
  • Acts as the point of contact for the Product, working closely with business relationship managers to rapidly provide value.
  • Works across the organization with stakeholders, suppliers, other product managers, and Office of the CIDO to ensure product success globally.
  • Provides visibility and insight to Product Group Manager, Strategic Architect, Portfolio Manager, and Operations Manager on product status, risks, and issues.
Key Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years of experience, including 3+ years sustainability experience and 3+ years product management experience.
  • Deep domain expertise in sustainability disciplines (Climate & Packaging) and relevant regulations across regions.
  • Leadership acumen: demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams.
  • Strategic & collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder influence across a complex, global matrix organization.
  • Product management mastery: extensive experience across the full product lifecycle with knowledge of Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
  • Business & financial acumen: accountability for financial performance, budgetary decisions, and opportunity identification.
  • Change leadership: track record of driving organizational change and communicating complex technical and political issues.
  • Technical skills: deep experience in end‑to‑end technology development, emerging software engineering methodologies, and agile delivery.

    Full time per local regulations.
Salary and Benefits

Base salary range: $140,300 to $192,940 (depending on factors such as experience, skills, education and location).

Eligibility for a highly competitive bonus program with potential for over achievement based on performance and company results.

Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education‑related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. No relocation support available.
