Position: Financial Center Manager - Downtown Chicago

At Bank of America, this role is responsible for managing a financial center and its employees, operating as a business owner and fostering a team environment.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of leadership experience through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
  • Collaborates effectively to build strong relationships and deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives
  • Confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs and can resolve problems independently or bring in others as needed
  • Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Applies strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients' needs
  • Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Efficiently manages time and capacity, and can manage complexity, prioritize tasks, delegate and execute in a fast‑paced environment
  • Interprets performance results, finds opportunities to drive success and holds others accountable to results

Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ years of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
  • Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded

Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Work Hours & Shift

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).

Hours Per Week: 40.

Compensation & Benefits

Annualized Salary: $73,500.00 – $ (offers determined based on experience, education and skill set).

Discretionary incentive eligible – employees may receive an annual discretionary award based on performance.
