Your role- Run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes end to end.
- Be highly visible across business units, partnering with and influencing the direction of multiple engineering teams within and outside your business line.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalation, make trade‑offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints without being hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
10+ years of experience in technical program or project management across cross‑functional teams, with at least 4+ years on Cloud transformation.
Experience leading large, cross‑functional technical programs from concept through delivery.
5+ years of software development experience.
Experience using analytics to translate business issues into investigative solutions, develop key performance indicators and metrics (e.g., cost savings, quality of decision‑making, improved efficiency and velocity).
Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, MS Project).
CompensationThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $98,497 – $233,248.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. Additional compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
