150 Construction is seeking a motivated General Construction Superintendent to be responsible for the overall execution of Next 150 field operations on a large or complex projectby coordinating closely with Gilbane field leadership and Superintendents while leading a team of superintendents and field supervision to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved scope, safety requirements, quality standards, schedule commitments, budget expectations, and customer satisfaction objectives.

This role provides direct project-level leadership and oversight across multiple scopes and phases of preconstruction and construction, ensuring operational excellence, workforce coordination, and disciplined execution.

• Ensures the day-to-day coordination of Next 150 field operations, tradecontractors, and subcontractors results insafe, high-quality workthat meets the approved project schedule and scope
• Leads, mentors, and manages Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff to deliver consistent, high-performing resultsin accordance with
  
  Next 150 and Gilbane standards
• Reviews and manages the General Conditions and Site Services budgets, ensuring alignment with project expectations and approved cost-of-work projections
• Develops, documents, and communicates approved work plans and ensures all changes in the field are properly reviewed, documented,safetyplanned, and authorized prior to execution
• Maintains a thorough understanding of contract documents, specifications, and coordination requirements to plan work proactively andanticipatepotential issues
• Obtains or verifies that all required permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are secured andmaintainedfor assigned scopes
• Verifies safety compliance across all trades and field operations, acts as the primary Next 150 safetyauthorityon the project, and enforces applicable OSHA, Gilbane, and Next 150 policies; reinforces the safety-first culture through field presence, training, and active engagement
• Enforces and audits quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure consistent workmanship and compliance with project requirements
• Plans and coordinates maintenance activities,work-arounds, shutdowns, and tie-ins to support safe, efficient, and high-quality execution
• Establishes andmaintainscredibility with Owners, Gilbane leadership, trade contractors, unions, and field personnel through fair, professional, and consistent leadership; interfaces with union leadership andassistsin resolving jurisdictional disputes whilemaintainingpositive labor relationships
• Aligns workforce availability with operational and schedule needs in coordination with leadership
• Leads contractor meetings asrequiredandoverseesdaily field reporting, safety documentation, and records using requiredconstruction management systems
• Creates, manages, and updates project schedules and implements contingency plans as necessary tomaintainproject milestones; communicates schedule status, updates, risks, and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors
• Plans, coordinates, and manages jobsitelogistics, including access, material flow, temporary facilities, and operational sequencing;oversees the project quality plan and implements corrective actions as necessary tomaintaincompliance with Next 150 and project standards
• Executes and supports self-perform operations, workforce planning, and quantification of labor, materials, and equipment needs
• Forecasts labor and equipment requirements and supports cost-of-work projections in coordination with project leadership; collaborateswithapplicable teams to align labor, equipment, and material resources
• Recruits, develops,leads onboarding and performance management,andretainsfield talent across self-perform and sitelogisticsfunctions
• Promotes a culture of learning, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Trains direct reports on processes, procedures, and completion of daily tasks; supports the development of project teams
• Manages workload and performance of direct reports,ensuring alignment withoverallcompany standards; tracks production and productivity metrics to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement
• Fosters a positiveandinclusivework environment to motivate and engage team members

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
