We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence within the financial services industry.

This pivotal role involves overseeing all business functions, driving sustainable growth, and nurturing a culture of high performance and collaboration. You will be responsible for the overall success of the business unit, ensuring we meet our ambitious strategic objectives.

• Develop and implement robust business strategies and plans to achieve the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the entire team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee all daily operations, including financial management, business development, client relations, and team management.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting, ensuring the organisation's financial health and stability.
• Analyse financial data and market trends to make well-informed business decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and our market reputation.
• Ensure strict compliance with all industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior executive role, preferably within the financial services sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of business functions such as finance, marketing, HR, and operations.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, financial management, and business development.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
