- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
- ISTQB, CSQA/CSQE or equivalent certifications
Demonstrates expertise in quality assurance standards and strategic planning while leading teams and managing client accounts. Proven ability to mentor junior staff and identify opportunities for business enhancement.
