Horizon3 is seeking a Manager of Sales Development in Chicago to lead a pod of 7–10 SDRs and scale our outbound engine within a globally distributed team. You’ll coach, mentor, and drive pipeline impact with hands‑on leadership and rigorous performance discipline.
You’ll partner with Rev Ops, Enablement, and cross‑functional teams to improve tools, processes, and playbooks, cultivate a high‑energy culture with psychological safety, and ensure accountability to goals and SLAs.
