Chief Executive Officer
Salary: $250,000 - $400,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced CEO to lead and scale a global SaaS company through its next phase of growth. This executive will drive strategy, operations, product direction, and profitability while leading M&A initiatives and building a high-performing leadership team.
Key Requirements
- 20+ years as a CEO, President, GM, or senior operating executive with full P&L ownership.
- Proven success scaling a $15M–$30M+ global SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Recent hands-on M&A experience, including due diligence, negotiations, and post-acquisition integration.
- Strong enterprise software/SaaS background, ideally within Mar Tech, channel marketing, or marketing automation.
- Experience serving Fortune 500/Global 2000 customers and leading enterprise growth strategies.
- Demonstrated success building and leading executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
- Strong financial leadership with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning.
- Experience partnering with Boards of Directors and driving shareholder value.
Compensation:
