Sales Manager
Our growing company seeks a Sales Manager to supervise and organize our sales team, ensuring performance through coaching, training, and goal setting.
Responsibilities- Train and coach a team of sales agents.
- Organize and oversee schedules and performance of sales agents.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Provide leadership, motivate, and encourage the sales team to meet quotas.
- Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports.
- Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other operational issues.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
- Uphold employee compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with a proven track record of coaching, developing, and motivating sales teams.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate expectations and provide feedback.
- Demonstrated sales and customer service expertise with the ability to drive performance toward targets.
- Conflict resolution and problem solving skills for handling customer issues, staffing concerns, and operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time management and prioritization skills to balance coaching, team performance, and operational responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience, ideally in a sales-driven environment.
- Experience overseeing a sales team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and conducting evaluations strongly preferred.
- Experience using sales reporting tools or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Power BI, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Experience handling employee relations issues, including coaching, discipline, and documentation, in alignment with company policy.
- Current Health Insurance Producer License preferred, or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeline.
- Base pay range: $75,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on performance.
