Our client, a leading organization in complex facility operations, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting building renovation and systems integration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Oversee and coordinate the renovation project of a 10-floor building, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

+ Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders to verify the functionality and integration of new building systems.

+ Manage external contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

+ Facilitate communication across all levels of the organization to ensure transparency and project alignment.

+ Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and facility management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations, technical project coordination, or systems integration within complex environments.

+ Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical infrastructure, HVAC, mechanical systems, and their integration requirements.

+ Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and engineering teams.

+ Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
