Campus Ink & The NIL Store is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead artwork production across apparel and merchandise. This hands-on leader will balance craft with people leadership, turning brand direction into production-ready designs for real products worn nationwide.
You will manage day-to-day artwork execution, mentor a team of designers, and build efficient workflows that maintain quality while speeding output. Chicago-area, in-office 3 days/week.
