Orion Solutions Group is working with a rapidly expanding logistics provider in search of a Branch Manager to launch and lead a brand-new operation. • Drive new business development across truckload and temp‑controlled freight

• Manage the full sales cycle while building scalable operational processes
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team as the branch expands
• Oversee carrier strategy, pricing, cost control, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with sister branches to share capacity and customer solutions

• Experience launching or scaling a branch or business unit
• Background in both brokerage and asset‑based operations
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field
