Experienced Project Manager

ADM Investor Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced project manager to join our team. We are a financial services firm with a significant project list. We work with some of the best modern technologies. Our key projects include financial reporting, customer portals, trade entry/routing, risk/margining and departmental automation. We have a strong team that works well together and has a history of providing the best platforms for our users.

• Monitor performance of projects within portfolio

• Create and manage supporting project documents including but not limited to project plans, risk mitigation plans, communication plans, budgets, other project management-related documentation

• Gather various elements of project performance data and routinely report such to the project team, stakeholders and leadership

• Maintain constant oversight of project budgets through assimilation of actual cost data and re-forecasting of expected total costs

• Strong guardrail management, well-understood, effective PMO processes, and delivery of useful metrics to relevant stakeholders, providing updates and clear guidance based on quality data

• 4 year degree

• Experience in running large/multiple portfolios, and teams of portfolio managers

• Demonstrated ability to consistently complete work projects within specified deadlines

• Takes initiative and provides leadership in solving problems, improving processes

• Budget tracking and financial forecasting

• Work experience managing projects in the financial services industry

• In-depth understanding of IT functions and their relationships with business requirements and needs.
