We’re seeking a Restoration Supervisor to join our team. This position involves overseeing residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration projects, including specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, and more. The Restoration Supervisor will also direct, aid, and supervise Restoration Technicians assigned to the project.

The pay range for this position is $22+ per hour with certifications (negotiable based on experience).

• Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned restoration projects.
• Direct and supervise Restoration Technicians and Laborers.
• Evaluate and enhance competence and quality of team members.
• Ensure all required restoration project documentation is completed in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain excellent customer communication and relations.

• Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience.
• Previous experience as a Crew Chief in a fire and flood restoration company is highly desired.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
• Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT).
