Partner, Talent Strategy Consulting

For our client, we are seeking a Partner, Talent Strategy Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and direction of a consulting practice focused on talent strategy and client impact.

The position blends commercial leadership, client relationship management, and team development, with responsibility for driving profitable growth across complex engagements.

It is well suited for a senior consulting professional who can partner with executives, guide strategy, and strengthen market presence in a highly competitive environment.

Location:

Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $240,000 – $360,000 annually

• Lead unit finances, including budgeting and strategy, to support market financial success
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to manage revenue and profitability
• Drive revenue generation through new client acquisition and cross-selling
• Define long-term business strategy aligned with global and regional priorities
• Manage large, complex client engagements by directing project teams and service delivery
• Hire, develop, and evaluate consulting professionals to enhance team performance
• Establish market contacts with C-suite executives and HR leaders

• Proven leadership experience in management consulting or professional services with P&L accountability
• Strong business acumen for managing complex financial metrics and profitability
