On-Site Operations And Facility Manager

IST Management is seeking a On-Site Operations and Facility Manager to join our Chicago area team! The On-Site Operations and Facility Manager is responsible for providing on-site management and regional support our facilities operation in Print/Scan/Mail/Hospitality and Office Service functions.

• Act as primary contact for general office management, operational facility issues and requests
• Coordinate with vendors – Crafty, Iron Mountain, Pro Shred
• Conduct routine facility inspections to determine areas for service
• Coordinate and assist in implementation of future of work
• Provide hands-on support for basic maintenance
• Engage approved vendors as needed to complete repairs
• Partner with necessary internal departments including EUC
• Ensure timely follow-up and work order completion
• Provide backup to Facility Manager for all sites as necessary
• Perform other functions as assigned
• Perform on-site event coordination and planning with global Events Team

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Site Management experience in a corporate office environment and managing a team of 5+ employees. Manager must have strong leadership skills, have the ability to lead a diverse team of employees and deliver a high level of customer end user services while using critical and analytical skills in delivering practical solutions.
