As a key member of our leadership team, the Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations of multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Developing and implementing effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes

• Fostering a culture of excellent patient care, encouraging collaboration and open communication among staff members

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports

• Providing leadership and guidance to facility managers and staff, ensuring proper training and development

• Collaborating with other department leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and strategic planning

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a leadership role

• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving patient outcomes

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement

• Active Illinois NHA license
